A man has been arrested after a Russian painting was stolen during the day at the famous Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.
In the video above, the 31-year-old can be seen taking the painting off the wall and walking out in front of confused visitors.
The stolen painting was of mountain ridges by Arkhip Kuindzhi, titled “Ai-Petri. Crimea,” and was insured for an estimated $185,000. The artist’s previous paintings have sold for more than $3 million.
