Crystal Palace hit a winning streak (three wins, two draws and only one defeat!) in February, with 21-year-old Wan-Bissaka a key component. The right-back broke into the Palace first team last season and has been one of the better attacking defenders in the league, racing up the right wing and being incredibly difficult to beat on the dribble, what with his being faster than a scooter. Or a bicycle going down a hill.
Wan-Bissaka makes a huge number of tackles – 17 last month, the sixth most of any player in the league from two games fewer – which suggests he either works incredibly hard and is great at winning the ball, or has some work to do on his positioning so he doesn’t have to work so hard to win the ball.
He also assisted one goal in February. It won’t be long before the transfer sharks start circling – there are few more exciting full-back prospects in England.
