Three teenagers charged with murder

Detectives investigating the murder of police constable, Andrew Harper in Berkshire last month, have charged three more people in connection with his death.
Prosecutors said they had authorised Thames Valley Police to charge Henry Long, 18, and two 17-year-old boys with murder and conspiracy to steal a quad bike on 15 August 2019.
They have also charged 21-year-old Thomas King, with conspiracy to steal a quad bike.
They are due to appear at Reading magistrates court on Thursday.
Last month Jed Foster, 20, from Reading appeared in court after being charged with murder and conspiracy to steal a quad bike.
Pc Harper was killed just four weeks after he married his fiance, Lissie, who described him as the “kindest, loveliest, most selfless person you will ever meet”.
He had been attending a reported break-in with a fellow officer in Sulhamstead on August 15, when he was allegedly struck by a car and dragged along the ground.
A post-mortem examination concluded that he died of multiple injuries.
In an emotional tribute to her childhood sweetheart Mrs Harper said her heart was broken after the death of her “darling boy”.
